Over all the service was ok, but the wait time was why to long. I waited over 3 hrs. I was told my car would be ready in about 1/2 hr it took another hr and a half. My appointment time was 10 am and I check long. I waited over 3 hrs. I was told my car would be ready in about 1/2 hr it took another hr and a half. My appointment time was 10 am and I checked out almost 1:30pm. I was told the person that I was working with was on lunch. I was never told he was going on lunch. Someone else came to check me out. Very disappointed More

The whole team at Palmen took great care of me and worked with me until I was satisfied with my deal. Darryl James was very knowledgeable on the vehicle and made sure I was happy all the way through the p with me until I was satisfied with my deal.
