Dropped car off at 11am for oil change, got called at 5pm to pick, but I was the wrong customer. My car wasn’t done till 6pm. I had to pick it up the next day. For many years Tim has been my go to guy at Palmen. When I was doing errands Friday, I noticed I had low tire pressure on one tire. I called Tim and he told me to bring the car right in. Jason Garon is the best. Always great to work with and very professional and nice. The service is always fine. The only disappointing part is the total cost of the repair Always great to work with and very professional and nice. The service is always fine. The only disappointing part is the total cost of the repair needed on my Envision. And a very rare problem of the air bag system on the passenger front seat electronic system stopped working. So not happy about that. Not rating the quality of work yet because the part had to be ordered therefore it has not been done yet. More
