Problem not identified Had an appointment for Wednesday. Dropped off Tuesday evening. Did not even look at vehicle until Thursday afternoon. Charged me for .5 hour labor even after telling my spouse no charge because could not find problem. Heard noise driving home from dealership on Friday. Still making noise and getting worse. Did not even wash the car for my $75. I replaced gas in the loaner, gas in my car for the 40+ miles it was driven was not replaced. Not the first time I have had to bring a vehicle back numerous times for the same problem. Texted Tony Friday evening to say still hearing sound and I was not satisfied. No response. More
