Ticking sound While driving home, I could hear a noise coming from my engine. Calling Jeff Nagy, he said to bring my car in. Not only was the alternator replaced bu While driving home, I could hear a noise coming from my engine. Calling Jeff Nagy, he said to bring my car in. Not only was the alternator replaced but so were several belts that needed to be replaced immediately. An inspection was completed and several items needed attention in the future. Those items were listed with the cost which was very helpful. Prices were reasonable. More

oil change/tire rotation I was greeted as soon as I entered. The workers were very pleasant and I didn't have long to wait. REPAIR SERVICE I was informed by service that they had accidentally broken a part during a routing maintenance visit and would have to replace it free of charge. When I received my notice in the mail that the ordered part had arrived, I called service and they got me in right away and took care of the replacement as promised...free of charge. I really appreciate your service advisor Jason Garon....takes great care of my issues and is always a pleasure to work with. More

Addie and I were there on Dec, 10th to have some warranty work done as well as oil change and tire rotation. You had me call the warranty company to get them to okay the repairs on the a couple of things so you could order the parts. This was done on the 11th of Dec and reported to you. We have not heard from you. Please advise. Henry and Addie Spates We followed up the e-mail with a phone call to our service rep on the same date as the e-mail above. Jason stated that the parts needed had not been ordered and that he would do so once our conversation was complete and that we could bring the truck in on Monday the 7th of Jan. We settled on the 9th of Jan at 07:30 am. On Jan 9th, we arrived at 07:30 to the service department and gave the truck over for service. We received a call from Jason at or around 1630 hours on the 9th of Jan stating that something went wrong with the repair and that the truck will be ready that following day, some time in the morning. On the day of the 10th of Jan, at or around 1600 hours, we called to find out what the status was on the truck since we had not received any information that morning as we were told we would. We left a message for Jason and he did call us back and stated that the truck was ready. We arrived at the service department at or around 1730 hours, paid the invoice and was on our way.
