My experience at Palmen I saw the car I wanted on Sunday. I returned on Monday to test drive the car and purchased the car on Tuesday. Less than acceptable I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on Wednesday for 2 pm. I left my job early and got there about 1:50pm. Check in was quick and I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation on Wednesday for 2 pm. I left my job early and got there about 1:50pm. Check in was quick and I went to the waiting room. About 3:15 I went back to the service department and was told my car was next to be out up. I had to leave to meet a school bus and I left with the service and was told I could come back anytime just call. I called on Friday and spoke to Jeff and was told they were “booked” all day and there were no appointments on Saturday either. I was not happy as “I had an appointment too three days earlier that was not met.” Jeff apologized numerous times but I had to continue to push until he finally said to come in on Saturday at 11:30. I was there and all was done in 37 minutes. More

They appraised my trade in at exactly what I was wanting for it and they did not know where I wanted to be on the trade in. Obviously I happy with the transaction.
