Went in for an airbag recall and an emissions test. They replaced air bag and then told me I would have to cone back for the emissions test because they had to disconnect the battery. When I asked why they didn't do the emissions test first they looked at me dumbfounded. Thanks Palmen, now I have to make another trip in. My time is valuable but it didn't seem to be any concern. Stupidity at its finest! More
