Dealership was fine. Process of buying a car here (and most places) sucks. Still seems like a sleezy business practice in a sleezy industry. Why not put some heads together a change (for the better)? That said I know they are all (mostly) the same. More

Jason got me in promptly for an oil change for my chevy duramax turbo engine. After changing the oil and fuel filter, the total was over 210.00 dollars! This was with a 15 dollar coupon and 28 dollars in C duramax turbo engine. After changing the oil and fuel filter, the total was over 210.00 dollars! This was with a 15 dollar coupon and 28 dollars in Chevy points. That was outrageous. Was too much for an oil change. Will definitely be shopping around for the next oil change. Way to high for an oil change. Have always been loyal to palmen gmc for purchasing new vehicles and maintenance. More
