Would Not Recommend I have been working with them for 3 days to try and get into a 2018 Jeep Cherokee and they kept messaging me that they wanted to make a deal. Very unorganized. People didn't know their numbers very well for tax title license being that I got financing from my credit union which took a while to get. When I got there they had my wrong address the finance manager didn't want to do the paperwork made the salesman do it. I know it's probably not a big deal but it is to me that I did not get a full tank of gas on a $23,000 Truck. Because I had to drive two and a half hours to come get it time I got home I had to put gas in it. Also was told that there was no recalls on my truck when I downloaded the ram app it told me I had a open recall and the parts were available. so now I have to take time out of my day to go sit at a dealership to get a recall fixed that could have been done at a Dodge dealership. I've worked in the car business for a long time and I think that they just need to go the extra mile and make the delivery process exceptional for the guest. nobody offered to go through the truck with me there's a lot of new stuff that this truck does that I didn't even know about.The ownership for uconnect and also the Dodge app was not transferred over so it took me days to get fixed. More
