Great experience in regards to speed of turnover and friendly service, but never saw any trace of paperwork for the 23 point inspection. It’s mentioned on my receipt, but there is normally a whole page friendly service, but never saw any trace of paperwork for the 23 point inspection. Salesman was Willem Cashman, feel that he provided me with a reasonable deal. Once the car was delivered, I had to take the car to a mechanic to troubleshoot starting issue. Mechanic found that the main with a reasonable deal. Once the car was delivered, I had to take the car to a mechanic to troubleshoot starting issue. We just bought 2 cars from them only because we got a great deal. They are what you think about with the stigma of used car dealers. Peyton our sales guy was great though. Very young kid but he listened and kept things simple. The rest of the experience wasn’t great. Facilities are very old. They play a lot of games with numbers. They advertise one price online , a different one in store. I had to send the sales guy back 4 times for them to get the price to match the online advertised price. Just silly and a waste of time. Very old school and shady way to do business. They had the cars we were looking for and we were able to make a deal , otherwise I would have taken my business elsewhere. More
