I had a very disappointing experience with the service department at Palmer Dealership. The appointment system simply does not work. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and brought my car in as plan department at Palmer Dealership. The appointment system simply does not work. I scheduled an appointment for Tuesday and brought my car in as planned. Nothing was done, and I was told to pick it up and bring it back the next day. I did exactly that — and once again, nothing happened. No work completed, no clear explanation, and no proactive communication. To make matters worse, I had to call them myself just to get a status update, only to be told to pick up the car and bring it back yet again. This is extremely inconvenient and unprofessional.
