Luis was great! My car had to be towed to Palmer and Luis called when my car arrived to let me know. He continued to communicate with me nearly every day, giving me updates regarding the repairs and my car w called when my car arrived to let me know. Consistently great service, but please ask customer if they want multi-point inspection when only coming in for oil change. I was in a hurry, and I think this slowed down the oil change process.
