I was originally a customer at the Union City Dodge but they changed management and the service is not good anymore make a long story short I was searching for another Dodge dealership to take my car for s they changed management and the service is not good anymore make a long story short I was searching for another Dodge dealership to take my car for service when I came across Palmer Dodge I called and the most kindest gentleman took my call named Mr. Mike I explained to him what my situation was he immediately scheduled me an appointment to come in not only did he do that when I arrived at my appointment I was assisted by another gentleman named Luis who did all my paperwork and Mr. David while Mike was with another customer everyone at this facility is kind , caring and they are fast and excellent at what they do I was able to get a car to drive while my car was being repaired that process was completed faster then I expected as well Tina who does the loaner and rental car program is very nice and she has excellent customer service now I know it was meant for me to find this place the best Dodge dealer in Atlanta and surrounding areas I would say I am very happy and I would give this facility 10 stars and recommend that anyone looking for great service definitely won’t regret coming here . The price for the service was significantly different than what was advertised on their website. When this was brought to the service writer’s attention he said they knew the website was wrong but I wou than what was advertised on their website.
