The only reason I rated speed of service average was due to the extended warranty provider Car Shield dragging their feet in providing coverage approval for repairs. Hiram did his best to get Car Shield to to the extended warranty provider Car Shield dragging their feet in providing coverage approval for repairs. Hiram did his best to get Car Shield to move the approval process forward and got the out-of-pocket repair cost coverage to come in substantially under the estimated cost. He will definitely be my go-to for future warranty service work. More
