Kurt was very kind and helpful. Being able to purchase a truck over the phone and texting, with us being out of state, was a wonderful experience and Kurt made it stress free. Negotiating a price was very easy and I felt like he really cared about giving us a fair price. He even sent me a video of his own inspection, since we were purchasing the truck site unseen. He made sure the truck was spotless and had it ready for when my husband drove out of state to pick it up in Georgia. Kurt even followed up with us, after my husband picked up the truck, to make sure he made it home safely after the long drive back home. We are very pleased with our new Ram and the entire buying experience. Thank you to Kurt and Palmer Ram. More

Immediately after purchasing the vehicle - we found that the charging (it is a hybrid) and the speaker were broken. We were provided a Car Fax report that did not note either of these issues. It is clear to us that they either 1) did not check major functionality or 2) were not honest about the cars issues. We are very disappointed. Our car has now been in the shop for 4 days. More
