I purchased my 2013 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon from Palmer and have had it serviced there since new. My son drives it to/from college now so it’s imperative that our Jeep be in top running condition. He utilizes text messaging to keep you informed but most of all he always answers my texts to him promptly with honest answers or follow ups. Our most recent service visit Luis committed to having our Jeep completed by a certain date but sometimes life changes things and we needed the Jeep a day earlier. Luis worked his magic and delivered our Jeep when we needed it. He goes above and beyond his duties to meet all of our service needs.
