We came in for a Honda CRV and walked out with an amazing car for an even more amazing deal. About two weeks ago I purchased a car from this auto dealer, and I am happy with my purchase however, the customer service was less than standard. The initial sales person, Bark, was warm, inviting and dealer, and I am happy with my purchase however, the customer service was less than standard. However, we soon learned he was only a representative to show us around the sales lot, and that our actual business transaction would take place with Syed, the unprofessional-in a rush and "I don't care about you", sales manager. Syed would stand us by a car and disappear for long-periods of time which prompted us to search more for a car salesman, than a car. While it was a long and agrivating process, which we could have walked away from and down the block to the next dealer. We held steadfast to making a purchase based on Bark's intervention in making sure that we were happy and comfortable with our purchase. More

I was referred to Sal by name, and from our in purchased a CR-V there and she was very pleased not only with her vehicle but with the purchase price. I was referred to Sal by name, and from our initial phone contact I felt more than comfortable about coming in as soon as possible. The atmosphere at Paragon was more attractive than the other dealerships I recently visited. And Sal was extremely friendly, personable, and knowledgeable about the vehicles that I was interested in. Anyone can tell from the way he interacts with customers and the way he explains details that he not only enjoys his work but he is good at it. I appreciate his honesty and his eagerness to help me find something that was appropriate for me, not just to make a quick-and expensive-sale. Sal made suggestions and offers that I had not received from other dealers; it turns out that leasing was a much more affordable and reasonable choice for me and I didn't even know it! I probably would have been stuck with a higher car note and an older vehicle at another dealership but not at Paragon, especially with Sal's patience and expertise! Overall I am very pleased with my new Civic, I am in love with it already, and I feel good about the terms of my lease agreement and the overall experience was pleasant. Now I'm actually excited to get up and go to work in the morning-what more could I ask for? More

He did his best to give us the best pricing available. He was very patient and very friendly. He answered every single question we had about the vehicle and options available. The CR-V '10 is in optimum condition and we were not rushed into buying it. We took our time to look at it and take it for a test drive until we were 100% sure that the vehicle was right for us. We are happy customers! And would definitely come again to this dealership in the future!! Another plus is that Sal was such a sweet heart with our 3 yr old daughter who is really a handful child but he was so patient with her and she really liked him, which is also a plus when you go with kids to a dealership. At the beginning, I got everything that, as customer, I was looking for to complete a purchase: Great attention, good car and a good price. Unfortunately, the great service did not last as I had wished. I had the opportunity to meet Mr.Sultan and David Munos, sales persons at Paragon Honda. They gave me special service, and convinced me to choose Paragon Honda instead of any other dealer. I really was satisfied and thanks them for their service and attention. Thirty Five (35) days later, however, I had not received the Title of the vehicle, and was told by the NY DMV that they had not received the paper work from the dealer. I decided to call Paragon's customer service on Friday, October 7 2011, and asked if she could tell me "if the paperwork had been sent or if they were going to send it soon". This lady, however, was reluctant to answer during the entire conversation. She kept her statement that I did not need to worry about it because the dealer had Forty Five (45) Days to send the title to motor vehicles. She did not care that I needed the title, as I calmly explained her, and all I wanted was to check if there was any mistake or delay that we could avoid. I finally gave up with the only choice of waiting. After that, I actually got a call from Ms.Dinny (Might be miss spelled), and she did took the time to review my case. She explained me that the paperwork had been sent to DMV, but rejected and they had to order a duplicate title. She also apologized and ask me to pass by, if I needed, and get an extended registration. Thank you very much to those professional individuals at Paragon Honda. More
My first visit to Paragon was LONG. You know how some salesmen are, NO PATIENCE because they think that you're not coming to buy. We looked at 8 used cars narrowed it down to 3 then finally choosing the one I liked the most. While going thru this process, Bark stayed with us and gave us GREAT customer service. We had to come back the next day because at first the monthly payments were too high for me. I wanted to get my $2,000 deposit back but the manager, Mr. Nadib worked with me to get to a more manageable monthly payment. I was VERY greatful to the both of them. If you're looking for quality customer service @ Paragon, ask for Bark Qazi and Mr. Nadib. They will take care of you. More
A month before I went down to paragon I was in an accident that totaled my 08 Civic si. I went down to paragon in search of a 2012 si in red just like my old car. After searching many dealerships no one was able to provide a 2012 sedan regardless of color. I went down to paragon and spoke to Kevin only to find out that there were only about 5 of the models I was looking for on the entire east coast. Kevin spent the entire day looking for my car in color that I wanted. He was able to find one about 8 hours away. Paragon went to all the trouble of buying the car off of the other dealership and driving it down. Kevin took a flight up there for me and drove it down personally. He went way above and beyond what I would of expected to provide me with my dream car. More
