Shortly after the car was taken back too the service area, the service manager called my husband back to observe a problem they had discovered. Much worse then planned for. We were totally unprepared to buy a new vehicle, but the decision was thrust upon us. Our salesman (Mr. Kuykendal) was so helpful, no pressure at all...love him!
