Very agreeable on price, polite I live 2 hours from this dealer so I contacted Garrett about a used Mazda for sale and told him my offer and we negotiated ahead of time. Came to pic I live 2 hours from this dealer so I contacted Garrett about a used Mazda for sale and told him my offer and we negotiated ahead of time. Came to pick the car up and he was very friendly and helpful and he did not try to negotiate the already decided price. He was very good at making sure I knew all that was going on with the loan and he did not add any unnecessary fees. Once I was ready to take the car home Garrett cleaned the whole car himself because their detail/ cleaning employee decided he wouldn’t do it. Overall, Garrett was a big help and made the transaction smooth, my only complaint was I felt I spent more time at the dealer waiting than was necessary considering we had planned almost everything before showing up.
