He explained how the process worked and what could possibly be the best car to help me lower my payment, as that was my ultimate goal. I even had my 4 year old son with me and John was wonderful with him and helped entertain him through the process. The dealership was able to lower my payment so we were good to go. Brian the financial speacilist was great in explaining everything and breaking down the paperwork so I could see all the final numbers. Then John was so helpful in setting up my new car for me and showing me all the great features. Overall it was one of the best car buying experiences and I will be back to Kia of Asheville for my future needs. More
