I cannot stress how much my parents and I enjoyed working with David Hoover! My parents always told me horror stories of other car places they've had to deal with, the worst being the wait (I'm talking 5-6 h with David Hoover! My parents always told me horror stories of other car places they've had to deal with, the worst being the wait (I'm talking 5-6 hours). So honestly I was dreading going out to buy a new car. The second we pulled up, David approached us. He was very friendly and straightforward. I'm only 22 and this was my first time buying a car. The first thing David asked me was what my price range was. I told him and he took me to two new cars within those ranges. I really appreciated that he didn't try to go above my price range and push something I couldn't afford. He was very patient with me, answered any questions I had, and showed my all of the features and what they do in the car that I purchased since I had never had a car with those abilities before. We were only there for 2-3 hours and that's including me looking at the cars, taking both for a test drive, David doing everything he needed, and Ryan Briggs from the finance department doing what he needed. It was very timely and my parents and I were both impressed! My parents both love my car and loved the service so much that my dad has already talked about going there once it's time for them to trade in/get something new. Not to mention David made a point to make conversation with us as people so we were having a lot of fun even during the waiting period. I will definitely be recommending David Hoover to anyone who tells me they need to buy a car and I will be going back to him if I ever need to. Loved it! More
