Mr. West was knowledgeable and quite patient as I asked lots of questions. The inventory provided several cars within my budget and Mr. Wet provided the necessary details, He was articulate and friendly even though he must have been freezing as he brought me several cars to test drive. He offered to show me the technology for my new Atlas, which I love by the way. The paperwork was fast and efficient, thanks to his experience so all in all, it was a positive experience. Bobby was always very accommodating and pleasant to deal with and my issues were always resolved. I have been looking for a new car for some time and discussing a particular XC60 with Evan Payne for about a month and a half. He has been a gentleman and very understanding during all our discussions and dealings. We bought the XC60 when visiting for service on the XC90 and sadly it happened to be on Evans day off. When I asked to speak to Evan I was told he was off and both Steve and Rudi took care of our requests and even arranged demo drive of the car (which was in the showroom) for my wife. More
