My RV broke down and I called parks ford on Saturday,March 15th. They gave me an appointment for Tuesday March 18th. While I was on my way to drop it off on the 17th Devon emailed me that they Saturday,March 15th. They gave me an appointment for Tuesday March 18th. While I was on my way to drop it off on the 17th Devon emailed me that they might not get to it until Thursday or Friday. It sat there for two weeks and they wouldn’t even return my phone calls until my insurance agent actually went to the dealership. On April 1st I called Devon and he told me that they couldn’t do the repair because it wasn’t original equipment. Before I even took it to them I explained that the coil springs were installed at Winnebago while the RV was being built. I had to pay $350 to ford, over a thousand for a hotel while it sat in the shop. I picked it up April 2nd and took it to a local mechanic 4 miles away. He told me all it needed was 4 bolts to hold the clamps for the springs on. More
