Customer service was terrible. I called my service technician and instead of him calling me back he sent me a text. My door lock was working before I gave them my car. After I pick I called my service technician and instead of him calling me back he sent me a text. My door lock was working before I gave them my car. After I picked up my car the lock stopped working. They claimed they couldn’t see me until a certain day, but after I spoke with the manager and I could be immediately seen that day. They never apologized for my their actions. Overall, I was not a satisfied customer. More

I used the mobile home service for warranty work. The mobile unit arrived as scheduled, the work was performed, the work was reviewed with me. I even received the multi-point inspection given for normal service visits. I highly recommend the use of the mobile home service. I will use the service for my next oil change and tire rotation - a real time saver. More

Edwin was very quick, knowledgeable & polite. When mechanics forgot to wash my vehicle he was ready to do it himself! I was disappointed that my maintenance wasn't free since I was a month too la When mechanics forgot to wash my vehicle he was ready to do it himself! I was disappointed that my maintenance wasn't free since I was a month too late but that was my fault. I came back a few days later for work that was under warranty so that was good & they washed my car this time. Thanks Parks! More
