The first salesman I spoke with had just received a new delivery and wanted to finalize that sale. I was politely referred to Igor, who was kind and very helpful in locating the one vehicle on the lot, th delivery and wanted to finalize that sale. I was politely referred to Igor, who was kind and very helpful in locating the one vehicle on the lot, that had my specifications. The vehicle was much newer than the model I traded in. So, there was a lot of new technology and driver assistance advances to show and explain. I appreciated his patience and willingness to share. The dealership was helpful in getting financing. I left my deposit and was able to purchase the vehicle w/o issue. I'm so happy with my purchase and didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of. This was a good buying expericence. More

I was scheduled for an inspection sticker on 1/31 and it was cancelled due to snow and again for tomorrow 2/12 and was called today and was cancelled because they all of a sudden do not have an inspector in was cancelled due to snow and again for tomorrow 2/12 and was called today and was cancelled because they all of a sudden do not have an inspector in on Saturdays. When I called to speak to Jonathan he was rude and basically told me I can go somewhere else. I will make sure to not put my money towards Patrick’s Volkswagen in the future due to this experience. I will not be doing another lease with them because the customer service is horrible. More
