Arrived with no appointment for an oil change and was greeted promptly. After conferral with John my car was taken in to be worked on. Entire staff was friendly and helpful. Mr. Bobrick was great. This is the second Cadillac we have leased with him in about six months. Awesome experience with him. POLITE, COURTEOUS AND RESPECTFUL.
