I leased a 2025 XT5 in Januaray 2026 in Only 3 months tell me WHY it started making noise and moving slow I brought the car to the Service dept April 4th the service guy Ryan helped me and told me I need tell me WHY it started making noise and moving slow I brought the car to the Service dept April 4th the service guy Ryan helped me and told me I needed a New Transmission Valve that's Crazy so my question was how did they not see this before I was sold the car,the answer I got was that they couldn't detect this problem until it shows up on the Diagnostic system, Uexceptable. So I was sold a LEMON. After I was told it'll be out almost a month I expected to get a Loaner Car,well the response I got was there's NO loaner cars available so they got me a Lyfe to go home and told me as soon as one become available that I'll get one, Well it's been a week and that hasn't happened. I spoke to aJoe yesterday and he claim i can't get a loaner car til April 23rd weel that's Unexceptable. Especially when I told Ryan I was going to Virginia next weekend for a Funeral. I should be compenstated better than this for selling me a Lemon,they think since it's under Warranty that's enough. If I can't get a loaner car than I feel they should pay for my rental car that I would have to get to go to Virginia. I also feel like Paul Conte Cadillac should pay for my April car payment since I'm not going to have the car for this whole month. I'm a Very Disgusted Customer More

My service representative was very knowledgeable and amiable. What I liked is that he gave me every option available. At other dealerships (specifically BMW) I feel as should hold on to my wallet becaus amiable. What I liked is that he gave me every option available.
