From start to finish, when I enter Paul Conte, I am treated like royalty. Every single staff member is cordial and attentive, regardless of whether I am their customer or not. In particular, Bob Rifkin goes above and beyond what one might expect of a sales representative. I needed to call him twice since I drove off the lot with my new 2013 ATS to ask his assistance, which he happily provided, even though one of those calls happened to be on his day off. This is the third Cadillac that I have leased through Mr. Rifkin, and the first at Paul Conte Cadillac. The experiences I had at the other dealership were excellent, however I found the Paul Conte dealership more personable and accomodating. I could not be more pleased. More

I called for an appointment this morning, 11/22/2013, for an appointment for an oil change as my vehicle indicated it was needed soon. They surprised me with bring it in today.
