Not satisfied with service my car has bad suspension. Service department didn't fix the problem car bounces n rock all over the place. first salesperson was not great. Fortunately Jim Rapp closed the deal. Grat person to do business with. All personnel were friendly and sincere, prompt, clean, and well-dressed. My salesperson Danny was most personable, patient, and able to both listen and speak.I am hoping the service is as good as the fro and well-dressed. My salesperson Danny was most personable, patient, and able to both listen and speak.I am hoping the service is as good as the front end experience. One errror I made, however, is not checking that the car has power-side view mirrors to allow access to my small one-car garage. I found out that they can be closed manually, but it is an extra effort for an 81 yr.old woman who is handicapped. Hopefully, I will get used to it. The car is a red beauty and a showcaser on the road. The showroom is sparkling and immaculate, as are the bathrooms and lounge area for waiting. Localtion is convenient on Sunrise Highway , not far from Meadowbrook Pkwy. All personnel were helpful. It appears to be a good place to buy a car, and I am hoping to find the service excellent also. The entire experience was easy and without snags, smooth and with clarity and transparency. More
