Purchase of a 2018 Ram 2500 After visiting several local and out of state dealerships selling CDJR products and about to give up hope finding a dealer that would prove to be inte After visiting several local and out of state dealerships selling CDJR products and about to give up hope finding a dealer that would prove to be interested enough to help us located a Ram 2500 that is within our budget, being friendly and courteous while help us we found Paulding CDJR that had the exact truck in mind on their website. After contacting Paulding CDJR after hours via email Nichole a sales rep. emailed us back saying that the dealer was closed for the day but the truck in question is still there made arrangements to meet with us the following day . The next day we arrived at the dealership and met Nichole, she had brought the truck we requested to the front of the building for us to look it over and met us at the door when we got there. As the day was getting late that wasn't a problem for any of the staff as they showed us the truck, its features, and then we negotiated a price that we both thought was very fair and moved on to the financial portion of making the purchase, all of this was occurring after their normal ! Nichole, and Gerald the financial associate conducted their business in a cordial manner just like the dealer had just opened without any pressure, trying to rush the process, and explaining each and ever step taken to ensure we understood the papers, the truck, and that we have a complete understanding of each step and we progressed through the purchase. In short if I had only gone to Paulding CDJR in the first place we could have forgone much misery an aggravation from rude dealers, if your in the market for a Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram I highly recommend Paulding CDJR, the dealership is spotless and modern with an excellent staff.
