There are several areas of improvement that this dealership needs. 1 - Synchronization between GMC online and the dealership that is set to receive parts for installation. I received a call from t dealership needs. 1 - Synchronization between GMC online and the dealership that is set to receive parts for installation. I received a call from the parts manager at Penske telling me the parts arrived, and that I can call in to make an appointment. Your Service team confirmed my appointment but couldn't tell me what my appointment was for. I told them that parts arrived for install, that I paid for it all online. It took about 15 minutes or so as well as the involvement of the Service Manager to confirm that everything was paid for already, just the job needed to be done next. 2 - Demo - no demonstration of how to use the tonneau cover. I had to view YouTube Tutorials to learn the pros and cons on what to do, as well as what the parts came with. They included a light in the bed that is connected to by cargo light which is awesome, but nothing mentioned by your team. 3 - What happened to my old emblems? I switched my GMC logo from red to black, but I did not see my red emblem ever again. Were they broken off and discarded? Were they kept to the sold as used? Nothing. 4 - Warranty. Is there a warranty for the product, and for the installation? This was all done through GM and by GM so there should be some coverage for all factors. 5 - Car wash! I am told that there is no car wash equipment done there, just some dude that comes to detail when appointments were made. That sucks. 6 - Update your email appointment address. I clicked on a hyperlink in the email from your Service Manager to do my appointment. It took me to a place that has been vacated by GMC for almost 2 years now. Luckily it was only 1 mile away. All of this should have been done automatically. I still know nothing about the warranty, my emblems, nada. More
