My husband and I were searching for a F-150 hybrid and we went to a couple of dealerships and searched online. Peoria Ford was recommended by a friend, and I am so glad we purchased from them. We live in Gil went to a couple of dealerships and searched online. Peoria Ford was recommended by a friend, and I am so glad we purchased from them. We live in Gilbert and it's about an hour drive away. After our purchase experience, we would definitely do it all over again. My husband and I purchased and leased over 30 vehicles over the years, and we visit dealerships on a regular basis as a hobby. This was one of our best experiences. We were treated well, everyone was welcoming, friendly, and transparent throughout the entire process. A Special Thanks to John Stewart, Savannah Lopez, Nicole Alatorre, and Dennis Lopar for making our experience a memorable and seamless one! We highly recommend Peoria Ford! It's worth the drive. There are so many incentives they offer that's beyond what I stated here. Go experience it for yourself. More
🚨BUYER BEWARE🚨 NEVER deal with Peoria Ford. My husband and I were looking at a truck and after coming up with numbers we told them we have think about it. Blake the manger said no problem and My husband and I were looking at a truck and after coming up with numbers we told them we have think about it. Blake the manger said no problem and to sleep on it. The offer still stands tomorrow. I called when they opened and said we will take the deal but I don’t get off work until 3 and we will head over. We were already approved for the loan and we bringing cash for the rest. We when got there he said he sold it 15 minutes ago. Such a shadey move. Save yourself some heartache and go someplace else. The least he could’ve done was tell us about the people he was helping and not to come down. They are complete snakes! More
DO NOT GO TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT! !! I took my Bronco in for a recall that should not have ever left their lot and did not need to be drive! When picking it up found that it was driven !! I took my Bronco in for a recall that should not have ever left their lot and did not need to be drive! When picking it up found that it was driven 20+ miles, seats were moved all over the place, mirrors moved, radio changed to whatever station whoever driving it wanted to listen to almost 1/4 tank of gas was used, So whoever decided to use my vehicle as their form of transportation while it was there went into my settings in my vehicle and shut off the Connected Vehicle Features so when I looked at my Ford app the Connectivity settings were off and I would not be able to tell where my vehicle was. This is a shady company, and they do not care about their customers, and the management reply was (Hello thank you for your email, I will look into this. Sorry for your experience!) At this point if they called, I WOULD NOT SPEAK WITH THEM! I would never step foot on their property again for service or anything for that matter. More
Bait-and-Switch Scam – Avoid This Place I went to Peoria Ford today to see a 2017 Ford Explorer they listed for $14,899 with 70,014 miles — it was posted for sale online back on July 23rd. I called a Peoria Ford today to see a 2017 Ford Explorer they listed for $14,899 with 70,014 miles — it was posted for sale online back on July 23rd. I called ahead and spoke to Juan, a sales manager, and gave him the stock number. At first he told me the car wasn’t there — then suddenly it was, and he encouraged me to come in right away. That should’ve been my first red flag. When I arrived, surprise — the car “couldn’t be found.” Then I was told it was “in the shop” because it supposedly didn’t pass inspection. Interesting, considering it’s already been listed for sale for days. What a joke. Of course, they were more than ready to show me a different Explorer priced at $21,000 — a full $6,000 more. Classic bait and switch. Nothing but lies and manipulation. The moment you walk in, it’s clear they’re just trying to upsell you something else and hope you’ll take the bait. Now I understand why Peoria Ford has such a terrible reputation. The GM runs desperate commercials about “employee pricing” like it’s some exclusive offer — it’s just a sleazy sales tactic. They’ll say whatever they need to get you in the door, and once you’re there, the truth goes out the window. I wouldn’t buy a vehicle from this place if it was the last dealership on earth. You cannot trust anything they tell you. And don’t be fooled by the good reviews — they’re likely pressured or paid for, because no honest person walks away from this place happy. Do yourself a favor and stay far away. More
I brought my son's car in for repairs. Another shop had quoted $1900 to replace the condenser (which was leaking). I was quoted $1900-2000 by this dealership 6 mo ago. When we brought the car in, we were told 'it was the compressor' & NOT the condensor. We were then quoted $2120.69 for a new compressor & AC kit & 'that would fix it'. However, after replacing the compressor for $2313.74, they then tell me the condensor is leaking & they now want another $4000 to fix/repair. This was William Howald who was working with us now (not 6 mo ago). I WILL NOT BE BUYING any more cars from these people & they have lost us as customers! *Unconscionable* sales & repair practices to say the least. 7/11/2025 More
Bought A new car and was promised msrp but my financial person was Tyler Hubler and he had to be the most dishonest person I have ever met. Charged me an extra $7,000 for fake package they call the "Peoria person was Tyler Hubler and he had to be the most dishonest person I have ever met. Charged me an extra $7,000 for fake package they call the "Peoria sports package" and after you sign any deal they take their commission and run for the hills and you will never hear or resolve your problem again. Then they will sell you on their dealership specific warranty instead of the Ford warranty which would have allowed you to go to ANY ford dealership but now you are stuck with these people and their bad service at this location. (3 hour oil changes at a minimum) It's truly wild they are getting away with all of this. Total bait and switch people so if you sit down with anyone named Tyler Hubler you should also run far away because he will try and get as much of your hard earned money as he can and have a smile on his face while he is doing it. Don't support this kind of behavior not every dealership is like this. More

Will no longer go to this stealer-ship. bad service they have more time to talk to themselves rather than take care of the customer. and the amount of misinformation from service plans to c bad service they have more time to talk to themselves rather than take care of the customer. and the amount of misinformation from service plans to credit. plus I was charged for the 10000 and 15000 mile services and I get home to find they did not rotate tires didn't put in the filters etc. have to wonder if they even replaced the oil considering I had to reset the oil metering myself. Beware of this place they have done underhanded deals with the extended service plans, if I could go back in time I would have never gone here. I have talked to so many others who have had issues there as well. The biggest issue is when their finance person tried to hit my credit report every 30 seconds about a dozen times. Im glad I locked it before he could do that or my credit rating would be in the toilet. should be illegal. More
Shelby is great. She’s very kind, knowledgeable about vehicles and encouraging to purchase a vehicle you love. Definitely will do business with her in the future. But carfax showed it had over 37000 miles on it with the previous owners initials verifying the milage. Also the extended warranty seemed to be non-existent after taking the truck to 2 other Ford dealers for repairs. I stopped there to discuss the issue but the person was not available that day (or so they say). They gave him the information about my issues and said he would call me. NEVER HEARD ANYTHING from anyone. So I went back a week later to talk about the issues I had, and was told by him no one ever gave him the paperwork I dropped off. NEVER AGAIN WILL I buy anything from PEORIA FORD. They seem to have a big turnover of sales people. WHY is that? More
