When my Husband and I decided on an Equinox and not sure about what color he drove us around the lot looking for the one we wanted. Keith was great helping us with our personal paperwork and we feel he went beyond himself. When we got ready to leave he took us to the gas station and filled our vehicle and then on the way back he helped us set us onstar and the radio to personalize it for us. When we went to financing Jimi was great. He made us feel comfortable and was very professional. Jimi gave us the best deal with the financing company. We sent off the paperwork for financing and the rate came back higher than expected. I was heartbroken thinking I would have to leave without getting the car I really wanted. Thanks to Dave’s mass knowledge in the business he asked if I had family who served in the Military. I said yes and that’s when he told me I could go through Navy Federal which has lower rates. The whole process was about 3 hours but I have done these deals before and they have taken twice as long. I will definitely return to Pete Moore for our next vehicle. More
