Great experience from start to finish! It's been a few years since I had to go car shopping....and to say the least, I was NOT looking forward to it! However, I had heard good things about Pete Moore Chevrolet, so when I found a vehicle at their dealership that I was interested in online, I started the process. From the first email, text and call, it all was very pleasant. No big hassle or pressure....just pleasant customer service. My sales rep, Tom Royster, was very professional and I appreciated that he just cut to the chase....none of the typical back and forth and back and forth. He was very courteous to me and my father. When we were transferred over to the Finance Department, Don Lindgren, was equally nice to work with. He is a very personable fellow! Both men helped to make the whole process actually pleasant.
