Courteous. Helpful and Not Pushy We were buying out a lease on 2015 Equinox from Pete Moore. We got the run around from GM Financial in getting to the right person at the dealership - We were buying out a lease on 2015 Equinox from Pete Moore. We got the run around from GM Financial in getting to the right person at the dealership - that was frustrating as we didn't know we could have gone back to our first salesman (works in used). Once we got on site, everyone was super helpful and worked to get this resolved. We were given to Paul Graves (works in new), super nice guy and very helpful - he acknowledged Chad Karahalios was listed on the original deal and brought him in on it. That meant a lot to us and showed integrity or sales quotas. More
