Excellent service. We own a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu which we purchased new from Pete Moore Chevrolet. We had a dead battery, recently and it required a replacement batter We own a 2016 Chevrolet Malibu which we purchased new from Pete Moore Chevrolet. We had a dead battery, recently and it required a replacement battery. The event occurred on a Sunday and the dealership was not open. After getting the original battery jumped, we drove to WalMart and bought a replacement. I took the paperwork to the Pete Moore dealership the next day. Service Representative Jimmy Hayes instructed me to bring the vehicle in for a confirmation and he would apply for warranty coverage. We did that and Jimmy took care of processing the paperwork. Caprice called me the next day to check on our level of satisfaction with the experience. I told her that Jimmy was great. More
