My 1999 Chevy Suburban finally died (I put it out of it's misery), and while I was there I looked at a certified pre owned Malibu. Brian offered to let me take it home overnight. Mr Rodney Nelson is a top notch salesman for Pete Moore Chevrolet. His personality, mannerism,and conduct towards the customer, along with his vast knowledge of his job is beyond words. Mr. Nelson you can wrap it all up in a nut shell as being a perfectionist. Always answered our questions without being hesitant. Always offered us a bottle of water. We were NEVER under pressure. Always had an outstanding attitude towards us as the customer. He made us feel at ease and very relaxed. He was very helpful and knowledgeable in showing us the functions of our new truck and introduced us to other staff members as well that filled the squares to make sure my truck had everything it needed. I don't know why Pete Moore needs so many salesmen when they have Rodney Nelson. He is outstanding in everyway. I'm sure the rest of salesmen are top notch also that is the reason Pete Moore is #1 in car sales. Would I recommend Mr. Nelson to anyone. Yes. Without a doubt. I already have. I had been searching for a new truck for months. I found a price online for the vehicle I wanted but it was located states away. I decided to print out the information and take it to local dealers in hopes a price online for the vehicle I wanted but it was located states away. I decided to print out the information and take it to local dealers in hopes they would be willing to match the price or at least work with me. After visiting all the car dealerships in my area I was giving up. One salesman at SS in Pensacola told me the price I found online was a lie; that no one would be able to come close to it. He laughed at me and told me to "go ahead and drive to that state just so they could hurt my feelings". Really? I decided to give Pete Moore Chevrolet a chance before I called it a day and I am so glad I did..... From the moment I walked in the door at Pete Moore there was a totally different atmosphere from all the other lots. I actually felt at ease and welcomed there. (Unlike the place I had been just 15 minutes before where they treated me like I was bothering them.) The entire Pete Moore group went above and beyond to make my experience a good one whether I bought a vehicle from them or not. There was no sales pressure, no overwhelming 'car control' to make me look at something I wasn't even there for. After the response I got from the last place, I was hesitant about showing them the print out I had. But decided I'd take a chance since I was pretty sure I wasn't going to get the price I wanted anyway. The salesman, Jeff Johnson didn't laugh. He worked diligently to get me close to the price I wanted and actually did much better. He found the exact truck I wanted somewhere else, went to get it, and in the mean time gave me a loaner vehicle so I could take my family out for lunch. When I returned the truck was waiting for me and the price was considerably lower than the internet price! And that was out the door! When we drove away in our brand new Chevy truck my daughter looked up at me and said, "That was so much fun Dad. Those people felt like family." I am thankful to the Pete Moore Chevrolet team Delmar Dice, Jeff Johnson and Jimi Koumalatsos for their professionalism and 'no hassle' service. I will definitely buy from them again and I recommend Pete Moore Chevrolet to anyone searching for a vehicle. More

I bought a new, 2014 Silverado Double Cab on Friday, 2/28/2014. Keith James was recommended to me and he did a great job, from beginning to end. I came to the dealership looking to see if a vehicle I found online was still in stock and had not previously spoken to a sales person at the dealership. Bruce Neeley ended up helping me on that day and I am very pleased that he did. From start to finish he was professional,pleasant and took a real interest in our needs/wants in our next vehicle. The next day we were leaving for vacation and Bruce had us in and out in about two hours.
