Since we are an hour away from Pete Moore, we made an appointment to test drive the car. Upon arriving, Jeffrey Lee met us and helped us through every step of the process, from test drive to taking possession of our new car 3 days later. He was extremely responsive when I emailed a question or concern. I usually received an answer within minutes. We have absolutely no complaints, and we feel we got a great deal also! He assisted me from the beginning and truly followed through to the end. He picked me up from the airport, walked me through the paperwork and then followed through on a promise to pay for a new key with programming.
