When my Husband and I decided on an Equinox and not sure about what color he drove us around the lot looking for the one we wanted. Keith was great helping us with our personal paperwork and we feel he went beyond himself. When we got ready to leave he took us to the gas station and filled our vehicle and then on the way back he helped us set us onstar and the radio to personalize it for us. When we went to financing Jimi was great. He made us feel comfortable and was very professional. Jimi gave us the best deal with the financing company. These two gentlemen are diffently an asset to the dealership. If you are going to purchase a vehicle or are shopping for one diffently go see these two gentlemen and get a great experience. Great experience from start to finish! It's been a few years since I had to go car shopping....and to say the least, I was NOT looking forward to it! However, I had heard good things about Pete Moore Chevrolet, so when I found a vehicle at their dealership that I was interested in online, I started the process. From the first email, text and call, it all was very pleasant. No big hassle or pressure....just pleasant customer service. My sales rep, Tom Royster, was very professional and I appreciated that he just cut to the chase....none of the typical back and forth and back and forth. He was very courteous to me and my father. When we were transferred over to the Finance Department, Don Lindgren, was equally nice to work with. He is a very personable fellow! Both men helped to make the whole process actually pleasant. I highly recommend Pete Moore Chevrolet. PS The vehicle is FANTASTIC! Just what I was looking for and the price was great! More
