Our salesman Robert Harris was great from the first time we spoke on the phone, through the end. The sales manager, John was straightforward and really wanted to make a deal that worked for us. What I appreciated is his honesty, flexibility, and no BS approach. We didn't have the usual drama associated with negotiations. John sat there right with us and we had a conversation. When we went to the finance manager, he was 100% professional, pleasant and zero pressure. Can't say enough positive things. Look forward to having my two Fords serviced here for the years to come.
