Great, no pressure experience. We had a great overall experience, trading-in our 2015 Edge for our new Ford Explorer. Recall service Phil long did a pretty good job of taking care of two recall issues with my ford fusion. Took a little longer than what they originally told me. Pleasant experience I find the dealership friendly. I purchased my edge in another state so i was going to a dealership that was closer to my house but i did not like ho I find the dealership friendly. I purchased my edge in another state so i was going to a dealership that was closer to my house but i did not like how i was treated. I decided to try phil long because you still have the quick lube. I have been well treated by all service staff. I have only had oil changes and tire rotations, but will have work done with you if needed. More
