Joe is one of the most phenomenal sales people - he was honest, cut to the chase, worked hard on our behalf to get the best deal possible and went above and beyond to help make sure our kids were entertained and happy (it can be a long day for two kids aged 5 and 7). There was no pressure to buy the first night we test drove, he really respected our desire to sleep on it.
