No pressure and very friendly I live in Grand Junction, CO and was going to Denver to visit my daughter and grandchildren, I wanted to "look and test drive" a few F-150's. I actually had 3 appointments, one Phil Long Ford and 2 other area dealerships on Friday 04/22/2016. Phil Long Ford was the 1st to contact me after filling out a "True Car" form online and set up an early appointment with me. I arrived early and was able to wander around the lot and look at vehicles on my own, getting a few ideas before I met with Legare Williams. He is very friendly and does not pressure a sale. I actually had no intentions of purchasing a vehicle right away, I was just wanting to "test" the market and see what all the dealerships had to offer, but that didn't happen, I purchased the first truck I test drove! The paperwork and finance take a bit, but this was short compared to the 5-7 hrs I have spent purchasing other vehicles. Thank you Phil Long Ford and all the people I worked with.
