Best buying experience EVER I was looking for a new truck and had heard about the inventory at Phil Long so went there to "look around". I expected to be bombarded the second I I was looking for a new truck and had heard about the inventory at Phil Long so went there to "look around". I expected to be bombarded the second I walked on the lot by some sales guy, I was not disappointed. What I didn't expect was to meet one who actually didn't pressure me to buy a vehicle and actually seemed to care that I got the right vehicle and listened to what I was looking for. Jeff Audi came out on the lot, shook my hand, and then began to listen to what I wanted and then showed me around. At no point did I get the usual sales pitches I had grown used to from other car places. Jeff really seemed to just want to see that I got what I really wanted, and he found the PERFECT truck for me.
