I just got some maintenance done on my 2008 Ford Fusion. The service staff at Phil Long was very professional and helpful. Don Heck went out of his way to make sure I understood what repairs were needed and The service staff at Phil Long was very professional and helpful. Don Heck went out of his way to make sure I understood what repairs were needed and how much it was going to cost. He even cut my cost down, due to a parts order delay which meant them keeping my car a few more days than expected. Overall, Phil Long has always been helpful and efficient when I've brought my car in. More
