New rear brakes squeak loud. Took it back twice and they tell me they don’t squeak. Guess what they still squeak. Never going back and I have bought two vehicles from them. I brought my 14’ Explorer in for a bad water pump and engine problems. It had a warranty on the engine that I purchased from them. They told me that I need to replace the engine and that they were 99% su engine problems. It had a warranty on the engine that I purchased from them. They told me that I need to replace the engine and that they were 99% sure the insurance would cover it. A month later I find out they are not covering the engine. Now I can’t get anyone to take my phone call to resolve this. I’m walking over an hour one way to work. Not a great way to do business. More
