When the work was finally done, I looked on the ticket and saw all the maintenance checks that had been done in ADDITION to the scheduled maintenance, and was not impressed and overall very satisfied! The salesperson's name was Zack Saxon and he had the keys ready for a test drive. My wife and I took turns driving the vehicle and Zack was answering our questions about the vehicle as we drove. After the very favorable driving experience, we got back to the sales office to discuss the purchase. There was a short discussion about the price, then they offered my wife and I a price that was below what we expected for a quality vehicle with so many options. Having checked the internet pricing for several weeks on many vehicles, and test driving several, we knew the value of the offer and accepted it.
