I'm sorry you feel this way. We as the dealer did everything, we are allowed to do from GM to help you. We gave you the Gm Veteran discount that you asked for, and all we asked you to do was to obtain us the approval code from GM that only you can attain, we as the deal are unable to get that information. If you feel that is the dealership's fault in any way you are more than welcome to call GM and they will explain it to you as well. As a veteran I would think you would know about rules and regulations, but somehow you want to blame us for your lack of effort and your willingness to hold up your end of the deal that was made. All we ask is if you are going to blame us for something that you failed to do, then make that public as well.
