Great Dealership! The reason for this visit was a failure of my power steering motor. I have a 2007 HHR The 09's & 2010 HHR's were recalled for the same power steering The reason for this visit was a failure of my power steering motor. I have a 2007 HHR The 09's & 2010 HHR's were recalled for the same power steering motor failures. The earlier models were not part of the recall but do share the same motor's. The unit in my HHR finally failed. I was aware of the recalls and GM's desire to retro the recalls to earlier models. etc. I called GM and spoke to a customer care agent. They contacted Phillips on my behalf. I emailed and spoke to Phillips myself. I was told to bring the vehicle in for assessment. Phillips replaced the power steering unit at no charge to me. I've had a lot of recalls on this vehicle, and GM has a lot of design issues on the HHR's So I have a history with the dealer. In my case all of the issues were addressed and taken care of as it should've. Dan K the service manager has gone above and beyond for me on several major issues with this HHR. I had warranty/recall service at other dealers in other locals and wasn't satisfied with their resolutions to my problems. So in my case Phillips Chevrolet has been the best car dealership I've ever dealt with. Phillips has done right by me. Louis Trombino More

No Appointment No Service No kidding I waited too long for an oil change, and just any oil change won't do. I called ahead to schedule an appointment but was told later in the week was p I waited too long for an oil change, and just any oil change won't do. I called ahead to schedule an appointment but was told later in the week was probable. When I asked my service advisor (Tony C.) about making an appointment for an oil and scheduled repair for the same date - he encouraged me to come in for the much needed oil change. I waited a little longer but it was well worth having my car serviced. I appreciate the "Can Do" attitude and the genuine concern to help the customer.
