I had purchased a 2013 Silverado 2500 HD gas motor and for the main use I was using this vehicle, the gas motor did not fit and when Hani realized this he did everything he could to make it right for me as a new truck owner and he talked to his management team Robert Noer and they put me in a new 2013 Silverado 2500 HD Diesel, which fit my needs better without being hit with a big loss on my gas truck trade-in and my new Diesel truck purchase. From helping me pick out the options, showing me how to work the options (much more hi tech than my previous vette), getting me in and out of there in a reasonable amount of time - it was a pleasure dealing with Phillips Chevrolet. I will definitely go back to them when the time comes to get a new car and would not hesitate to recommend them to my friends and family.
