I visited Phillips on 6.26.13 for an oil change on my new vehicle and was assisted by Kyle. Initially the wait time was approxmately an hour or so but he informed me of a free shuttle option instead of wait vehicle and was assisted by Kyle. Initially the wait time was approxmately an hour or so but he informed me of a free shuttle option instead of waiting on site. I had my son with me so I accepted the shuttle service back to my home. The dealership was clean, employees were professionally dressed, and the waiting room gave customers options to choose from during their stay. Kyle explained to me the need for a tire rotation and gave me a rebate opportunity along with my visit. My car was delivered to my home upon completion along with an exterior wash. That was a great surprise as it was much needed. I was sincerely appreciative of the extra attention during my visit. I felt that Phillips provided an overall positive and professional service to me as a brand new client. Kyle's ability to commuicate with me regarding the service and his friendly nature reassured me that this is a business I can return to and trust. More

This is the 3rd vehicle that I have bought at Phillips Chevrolet. We had confident from the 2nd car that we bought used there, a 2009 Chevy Cobalt LT, that we would find the car we wanted at the right price. Hani Sahoury is friendly, knowledgeable and great to do business with. Hani worked hard to give my wife and me a great car, with affordable monthly payments that we could be comfortable with. Hani also worked hard to help setup the blue tooth for our cellular phones and a future service appointment for an oil change, inspection and tire rotation. Hani and Matthew Braley explained the extended warranty packages available. Matthew also made the financing and all the paper work involved short and simple. Matthew also explained that we may have a refund coming on the extended warranty from our 2009 Chevy Cobalt that we had bought used there in 2011 that was greatly appreciated.
