I recently purchased a car at Phillips Chevrolet. The staff at Phillips was very friendly and helpful. The salesman, Steve Sorensen, was very knowledgeable about the car. I was upset with my vehicle. I went to some other dealerships and was treated poorly. When I went to this dealership, Marty was very friendly from the beginning. He listened to what was not working w dealerships and was treated poorly. When I went to this dealership, Marty was very friendly from the beginning. He listened to what was not working with my former vehicle, and what I wanted the new vehicle to do. He spent a lot of time with me, I never felt rushed, or like Marty was in a hurry to get paid. He helped me weigh the pros and cons of getting a new car, or keeping mine. He also did an excellent job of explaining the benefits of the dealers nice and updated service department. Everyone was professional when working with my credit. Mike Maheras was great at working with me on the prices, and he made me feel at home. Both trips I made to the dealership were excellent, everyone was smiling the entire time and always willing to help me. I ended up getting a new car because it was what I wanted to do, there was no pressure from anyone. Mike Maheras gave me such a great deal it only made sense to get a new vehicle. Marty made sure my car was in great shape when I took delivery of it. More

My husband and I were in the market for a new Equinox. We were trading in our 2004 Cavalier, and when the first quote came back for the value of the car, Sam made sure the GM looked into the quote so that ou were trading in our 2004 Cavalier, and when the first quote came back for the value of the car, Sam made sure the GM looked into the quote so that our payment was down where we needed it to be. With a new baby on the way, we couldn't budge on our bottom line, so the GM made sure we got more than enough for our trade-in and that our interest rate was lower than the first quote. We are extremely grateful to the dealership because they really worked with us to help us out, which is not something that happens at every dealership. We love our Equinox, and we definitely recommend Phillips to our friends and family! More
