We had a bad experience at Advantage Chevy the day before and when we walked into Phillips Chevrolet it was a complete opposite experience. Bob Pearson was our sales professional, he was very nice and inform and when we walked into Phillips Chevrolet it was a complete opposite experience. He knew what we wanted from the begining and there was no going back and forth with the sales manager, Mike Darge. Mike gave us the best price right away and there were no games. We couldn't be happier with the service we received from all the guys we worked with or our new vehicle. I initially was at the dealership to pick up my '04 Malibu from the Service Center; however, my repairs were not worth the cost and I was left with a tough decision. So, I rolled the ol'girl around to the front of the sales department and stepped on in. I was greeted by Michael Logan and told him of my circumstances with the Malibu. Michael did an amazing job of listening to what I wanted as well as my budget restrictions and respected those needs when showing me vehicles. I never felt pressured by any stereotypical dealer "agenda" and Michael was extremely patient during my browsing! Once we had checked out the used lot, Michael put a new car budget in perspective for me and helped me realize that NEW may be my best option. Sure enough, he and Mike Darge (Sales Manager) were able to put me in a 2012 Chevy Cruze that is very my style, and will save me TONS of money on gas, repairs, and piece of mind. (I also found out that Mike Darge grew up in the same neighborhood as me and even went to school with some of my cousins!) As a young female, I was nervous about the type of customer service I would get walking into a dealership by myself. I've had nightmare encounters at dealerships before, but this was NOTHING like those past experiences! I left with an exciting new purchase of a gorgeous car that will keep me safe and debt-free. Everyday I find something new about my car that I love and it's all thanks to Michael Logan and Mike Darge at Phillips Chevrolet!! More

My husband and I have done business with Phillips Chevrolet for over 10 years. We always purchase our vehicles at Phillips, as well as use the service department there when needed. We purchased a used vehicle from this dealership about 1 1/2 years ago; it was a GM certified vehicle, 2008 Chevy Malibu. This summer, we discovered that the vehicle had been in an accident prior to our purchasing it, although no accident was ever reported or recorded in the Carfax. The car was never correctly repaired from the wreck, which was beginning to cause some mechanical / operational problems. We immediately contacted the Chevy dealership, the manager, Mike Maheras, and the only salesman we like to do business with, Bob Brow. Both Mike and Bob handled the situation in a speedy manner and with professionalism. When you discover such news about a car you had no plans of replacing, it's very upsetting, to say the least. Hearing "I'm so sorry, what can we do to help you, to make this right?" from Bob Brow was reassuring that Phillips is considerate of taking care of the customer no matter what. I was given a vehicle to drive while they looked over my car. (almost a week) They took back the vehicle, gave me what the car was worth and worked to help me find another car I would be completely happy with. I purchased a used 2012 Malibu (like new) at an excellent price with no immediate out of pocket expense to me at all. Mike Maheras and Bob Brow at Phillips Chevy clearly communicated their desire to do what ever it took to right this mishap from the time I first spoke to them. Mistakes happen, but because of the way Phillips Chevrolet handled this situation, I will continue to do business with them and will refer others as well. Ask for Bob Brow when you shop at Phillips Chevrolet! In my experience, he provides customer service with integrity! More
