He was the perfect balance of professional, knowledgeable, and relaxed, and quickly realized we knew what we wanted and were highly familiar with the car. We knew nothing about the dealer, however, so he was able to educate us on all the benefits of working with Phillips Chevy and the used car protections they offer. LOVED this car buying experience, and we’ve had several over the years. PS, the mechanic who we chose where we took the car for a pre-purchase inspection just RAVED about this dealership. Huge endorsement. We will definitely search this inventory next time we need a car, despite the distance.
